1. General

These terms govern use of aitreneris.lt (the “Website”) and the purchase of paid services. The seller's requisites are on the Contacts page. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Services and prices

The Website provides a health and fitness tracking service with an AI coach. Core features are free. “Pro” membership is a digital service unlocking additional features. Prices (including all applicable taxes):

Pro is a one-time payment for the chosen period — there is no automatic subscription or recurring charge. When the period ends, the account reverts to free.

3. Ordering and payment

To buy Pro, register, choose a period and pay via Paysera (bank transfer) or card. Pro features activate immediately after successful payment. The Website does not store card or banking details — these are handled by the payment providers.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

This is a digital-content service provided immediately after payment. Under Lithuanian law and EU consumer rules, by purchasing and activating the service you consent to its immediate provision and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment access is granted.

Nonetheless, if the service failed for technical reasons and could not be resolved, contact us — we will fairly extend the period or issue a refund.

5. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials safe, and not use the Website unlawfully or in a way that harms others' rights.

6. Health disclaimer

Website and AI-coach content is general information about sport, nutrition and health, not medical advice. Consult a doctor or other professional before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have health conditions.

7. Liability

We make every effort to keep the Website running smoothly but are not liable for temporary outages or for harm arising from improper use of the information provided.

8. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, first contact us at tikgeriausias@gmail.com — we respond within 14 days. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) or via the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Final provisions

These terms may be updated; the version published at the time of purchase applies. The law of the Republic of Lithuania governs these terms.
