1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Account data: email, name, language.
• Profile data: age, sex, height, weight, goals, experience, your notes.
• Activity records: workouts, nutrition, weight changes.
• Health data: blood-test values and lab documents (PDF/photos) you voluntarily enter or upload. This is special-category (health) data under GDPR Article 9, processed only with your explicit consent.
• Technical data: visit statistics. We do not store IP addresses — only an anonymous (hashed) identifier; records are kept up to 90 days.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service and managing your account — performance of a contract.
• Processing and analysing health data with the AI coach — your explicit consent (withdrawable at any time).
• Processing payments and accounting — legal obligation.
• Website security, statistics, abuse prevention — legitimate interest.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

To build plans and explain tests, the system sends the relevant information (e.g. your profile, test values, your questions) to the processor Anthropic (the “Claude” AI model). Data may be transferred outside the EU (to the USA) under appropriate safeguards. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

5. Processors and transfers

We do not share your data with third parties for advertising and do not sell it. Data is processed on our behalf only by trusted processors: Anthropic (AI), Paysera and Stripe (payments), and our server hosting provider.

6. Retention

We keep account data while you use the service. When you delete your account, data is erased (except information required for accounting, kept for the legally prescribed period). Backups are kept up to 14 days, visit statistics up to 90 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to tikgeriausias@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are infringed, you may contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Cookies

We use only an essential session cookie needed for login and security. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
