Delete your account

You can delete your AI Treneris account and data at any time, from the app or from the website.

How to delete it yourself

1. Log in at aitreneris.lt, or open the AI Treneris app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you can't log in

Email us from the address your account uses and we will delete it for you, normally within 30 days: info@aitreneris.lt

What is deleted

Your profile, workouts, meals, weight history, activity, health data synced from Health Connect (steps, sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability), blood test results, training and nutrition plans, and your entire conversation history with the AI coach.

What is kept

Payment records (order number, amount, date) are kept because accounting law requires it. They are no longer linked to any account, and card details were never stored on our servers. Anonymous visit statistics are kept with the link to you removed.
